Plymouth Argyle, currently at the bottom of the Championship, will face eight-time FA Cup champions Liverpool in a highly anticipated fourth-round tie.
Argyle’s impressive 1-0 victory over Premier League side Brentford in the third round marked one of the biggest upsets of the weekend.
League One leaders Birmingham City will welcome Newcastle United, while Exeter City, another third-tier club, will host Nottingham Forest. Meanwhile, current FA Cup holders Manchester United, fresh off a penalty shootout win against Arsenal, will face the 2021 winners Leicester City.
The draw also includes three all-Premier League clashes: Tottenham Hotspur will travel to Aston Villa, Brighton & Hove Albion will take on Chelsea, and Bournemouth will visit Everton.
Manchester City are set to play the winners of Leyton Orient and Derby County, whose third-round fixture was delayed due to a frozen pitch. Elsewhere, Crystal Palace will travel to League Two side Doncaster Rovers.
Non-League side Dagenham & Redbridge, the lowest-ranked team left in the competition, could face Leeds United if they overcome Millwall in their postponed third-round match.
The fourth-round ties are scheduled to take place over the weekend of Saturday, 8 February.
