One individual has tragically lost their life, and three others have been injured in a bus collision that occurred in northwest London.
The accident happened around 9:15 PM on Monday near Whitmore Road in Harrow.
Responding to the incident, the London Ambulance Service was alerted to a road traffic collision at 9:17 PM on 24 February.
In their statement, the London Ambulance Service detailed the deployment of extensive resources to the site, including ambulance crews, a paramedic in a fast-response vehicle, an incident response officer, members of the hazardous area response team (HART), and command support vehicles.
Additionally, a trauma team from London’s Air Ambulance was dispatched.
At the scene, four individuals received medical treatment. Two of the patients were transported to a major trauma centre for further care, and one was discharged at the scene.
Despite the concerted efforts of the emergency response teams, one person was pronounced dead at the site of the accident.
