Five men have been charged with murder following the fatal shooting of 24-year-old Neo Graham in Wolverhampton.
The incident took place on Eastfield Grove just after 3:20 PM GMT last Tuesday, with emergency services arriving at the scene to find the victim had succumbed to his injuries.
West Midlands Police confirmed that a firearm was recovered during the investigation. The suspects, identified as Koketso Ximba, 22; Aaron Osei, 22; Deric Da Silva Ferreria, 19; Fabio Bandarrinha, 20; and Elie Mey, 24, have been remanded in custody.
While Ximba faces a single charge of murder, the remaining four suspects have been charged with additional offences, including possession of a firearm with intent to endanger life, possession of prohibited ammunition, possession of Class A drugs with intent to supply, and money laundering.
Mey also faces an extra charge for possession of a firearm while prohibited for five years.
The five men are expected to appear before Wolverhampton Magistrates’ Court as the investigation continues.
