A large-scale search operation is currently in progress to locate 21-year-old Sebastian Sailes, who has been missing for three days. Authorities and volunteers are working tirelessly to track his whereabouts after he was last seen leaving the Black Horse Pub in Chippenham, Wiltshire, around 11:30 PM on Thursday.
Last Known Movements and Description
Sebastian was captured on CCTV footage heading towards Lovers Walk shortly after leaving the pub. He is described as white, approximately 5ft 10in tall, with a slim build, blond/brown hair, and a long fringe. At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing a grey jumper, blue jeans, a beige fur-lined jacket, and white Adidas trainers with a velcro strap.
Anyone with information regarding Sebastian’s whereabouts is urged to contact Wiltshire Police immediately.
Police and Search Teams Intensify Efforts
Chief Inspector Ben Huggins stated that multiple leads are being pursued in the urgent search for Sebastian. “Sebastian’s disappearance is highly out of character, and both his family and our officers are deeply concerned for his safety,” Ch Insp Huggins said.
He confirmed that Wiltshire Police are collaborating with Wiltshire Search and Rescue, deploying specialist resources to locate him. Authorities have also released CCTV images from the night he went missing.
Over 60 Volunteers Join Search Mission
More than 60 volunteers from Wiltshire Search and Rescue have joined forces with boat teams on the River Avon, increasing search coverage.
Additional support has been provided by Mountain Rescue, Lowland Rescue, and specialized search teams from multiple regions, including Severn Area, Avon and Somerset, Berkshire, Hampshire, Buckinghamshire, and Oxfordshire.
Authorities are urging the public to avoid speculation and allow search teams to conduct their work effectively.
