An 18-year-old teenager was stabbed during a violent phone robbery on a bus in Small Heath, Birmingham, on Friday evening, November 15.
The incident occurred at around 6 pm near the busy junction of Golden Hillock Road and Coventry Road.
Emergency services quickly responded to the scene, with multiple ambulance vehicles and police officers attending. The area was cordoned off, disrupting traffic and access to the shopping district.
Paramedics treated the victim at the scene before transferring him to the hospital, where he remains in a stable condition. His injuries, while serious, are not believed to be life-threatening or life-changing.
