A 14-year-old boy has been stabbed in South London, prompting a police response to the scene on Lanercost Road, Tulse Hill.
The incident occurred on Wednesday, November 20, at about 4:54 pm.
Emergency services, including the Met Police and London Ambulance Service, rushed to the location after receiving reports of the stabbing.
Upon arrival, officers discovered the boy suffering from a stab wound. He was quickly transported to the hospital, where his injuries were deemed non-life-threatening.
A crime scene remains in place while authorities investigate the attack.
A spokesperson for the Metropolitan Police said, ” “Police were called at 16:54hrs on Wednesday, 20 November to a report of a stabbing on Lanercost Road, Lambeth.
“Officers attended alongside the London Ambulance Service. A boy, aged 14, was found with a stab wound and taken to hospital. His injuries are not life threatening.
“A crime scene remains in place.”
Police continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding the attack.
